1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Termination

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
